Single User Software License Agreement IMPORTANT Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. This legal document is a software license agreement for use of any and all editions and variations of this software application () between you, the licensee, and Johannes Weigel, the licensor. Terms and Conditions Grant of Demo License This is not free software. Subject to the terms herein, you are hereby licensed to use this software for private and/or educational use with limited functionalities. Any use of this software for commercial use is strictly forbidden. The licensor grants to you as licensee a onetime, non-exclusive right to display this copy of the software on a single, private computer at a single location so long as you comply with the terms and conditions herein. You may not use, copy, modify or transfer possession of this software, in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this license. Additional clause for the Demo License You are only allowed to use this software for a period of 90 days, beginning with the first activation of the software. This period of time can not be split, and it does not start again if you reinstall or update the software. Bypassing this limitation by any means, even be it a complete reinstallation of your system, is strictly forbidden. After the period of 90 days, you have to remove the software from your system, unless you register the software with the licensor.
